Today we're going to creat a 3d text with simple tricks in corel draw x4
allso i'll show some very handy trick inside corel draw x4
1- create a new text and double click to access to the transform handles now skew it a litle bitnow open the advanced outline palette and choose the folowing parametters

TIP:rigth click on the color palette to choose outline color :)...........

now go to menu dispotion > convert outline to curveNow select the new converted outline press + in numpad to duplicate it and with the selected dulicate press one the left arow and one the down arrow to move it one pixel

Hi in this Tutorial we are going to create a music Icon like iTune icon so let start

STEP-1 Create a circle + in the keyboard and hold down the shift and use the intersection tool

now duplicate the object and draw and othe circle in the midle

Select all object and p inthe key board to put them in centre

Now select the the small circle and the medium and apply intersection

Now lets color our CD

use the gradient tool

STEP-2

using the 2 oval circls and 3 rectangle we are going to create the second object

Now weld them

Now lets add the light effect

use 2 circle and 3 rectangle

Now add the transparency

now resize it

In this tutorial we're going to creat a pencil Icon with coreldraw x4 you can download the CDR file her
In this tutorial we will nee just 4 shapes

-3 Rectangles 0, 80, 100 in angles and a triangle like this

now weld the orange and the triangle like this

now let's remove some nods like this

now change the nods to stright mode like this

Now let's use the 0 angle rectangle to creat diffirent parts of our pencil using the intersection

wish you got something like this

now let's colore

use pink and green and black and light orange and grey with gradient

now go back to the other ractangle and chosse white and apply uniform transparency

remove the outlines and your pencil icon is ready

Masking Photo effects CorelDraw x4 Tutorial

Hi .. in this tutorial we're going to make a beutifull photo effect with corel Draw x4 .. us you now most of people use Photoshop for this kind of works but i tried with coreldraw x4 and i did it faster and easyer so. lest start.

Step-1 open and image in coreldraw x4 click P to put it in the midle of page after click + to duplicate it 6 times ok

Step-2 Draw a rectangle with 0 in angles + in the keyboard and resize now change the angle to 10

now Duplicate

Step-3
Select one image and menu effect > add to miror

Result

as you see the pic is not in the right place don't worry just click right botton on the pic and chose edit contenent

now select the pic click "p" tp put it in the center and click end edition

Now repeat the same thing with the other rectangles and images when you finish select all the shapes and remove the outlines and i hope you got something like this

Hi in this tutorial we learn how we can save money using 2 colors printing process and how to prepare that and send the PDF format to our printer so download This CDR file and let’s start

When you open the document you will see that I’ve use just 2 colors blue and orange but there is more than 2 colors used in this document to make you sure Click on color Docker Window , lock and chose CMYK color mode (CMYK is The process for industrial multicolor print).. Select the blue shape and you will see that there is more than one color to create this blue (C71, M40, Y0, K0), now select the orange and you’ll find (C0, M80, Y96, K0)

So how we can change all this colors to 2 colors print process and save the money?
First click on the printer icon we will use its to learn more about color, click on separations icon turn on the print separation and print separation in color and click the print preview you see the printed plates.. now click cancel

We’re not going to chose that because we’re looking for 2 colors print process so let’s start
First we need to covert the color and we will need the pantone solid coated and color draw will convert the color.. So select the blue shape and press Shift+F11

You see that that CorelDraw have automatically chose a color that it believes it is close to the original color.. Press OK
Take this… you can make your own palette color in color draw x 4
So select the blue shape Window>Color palettes>Create a palette from select
Name it My_Colors_1 and press save

Now let’s move to the orange circle do same thing, press Shift+F11 ,rather than click ok chose add to My_Colors_1 palette now click add to palette and then ok

Now we have 2 colors we intend to use
Now select the orange flow and chose the orange from your new color palette

Now Click on the printer Icon to see how many Colors we got

We that Cyan Magenta and yellow had been removed , and we got our two colors ,Ooooooooops there is Black ..We will where it comes from click cancel and back two your space work zoom the flower... Oh it’s the bevel effect. And what we’re going to find her that the bevel effect has add color to our flower and we need the break the bevel effect apart
Go Arrange>Break Bevel Apart

Right click and all ungroup
Now we got 4 shapes remove the grey one.

Now select the brown shapes and apply the blue color from our palette

Now select pink shape and apply orange color from our palette

Here a very useful trick in CorelDraw x4 we can make the orange looks like the original pink using the tint just press Shift+F11 and reduce the tint

As you see we can create additional colors with tint

Now arrange the shapes and you got your bevel effect using our 2 colors

Now let’s check out our colors. Click on printer icon and …………….Voila..!!! We got just our two pantone colors.

What we have done is creating successfully a print based on 2 colors

Import the image in your space work and trace it high qualité image

Now un groupe the vector lizard and keep the eye and the body shape

Now put the eye shape in her place and cut body with eye

Step-1 Creat a squar with 10 in angles + in the keyboard and rezise the new

Now again select the small squar and + and resize for the color choose black 80% and black 30%like this

now again select the new squar and + and resize chose blue for it

Draw an oval circle and select it with the blue squar and apply intersection tool

chose white and aplly trasparency

Step-2

Draw a rectangle and choose the colors like this

Now Dulicate the rectangle and retate 30° now duplicate it 4 or 5 time and weld

Now select the copies with the original rectangle and apply intersection after delete the copies

Chose black and group the intersection with rectangle + and rotate

Step-3

Draw a squar with 20 in angles rotate it 40° and draw a rectangle and cut like this

Now chose grey draw a circle and apply intersection

Now chose withe and apply transparency

Step-3

Draw a cirl and chose Black and white linear -90° + in the keyboard , resize and inverse the corlors now group the circles and duplicate

Here we are ... arrange all the objects and remove the outlines and you should have something like this.....

step-1 creat 3 rectangles like this

now lets color

now select the blue rectangle + in the keyboard and draw a circle use the cut tool the rectangle by the circle

- select the black rectang and + twice move the second copy and resize it litle . select the new copys and cut

Now draw a circle and select the above shape and cut

Now repeat the same opiration with the blue rectangle and apply the trasparency tool you should have something like this

Now you can add th bottons.
Step-2 group all objects and add a perspective effect > add perspective

now draw a rectangle and convert it to a curve

Now chose dark grey for the new rec tangle like this

now select the big rectangle + twice and cut

now chose white color

Step-3

draw an oval cirle + in the keyboard and resize now apply the gradient too

Now use the bezier tool and draw a shape like this now arrange all objects

In this tutorial we're going to creat a 3d logo using coreldraw x4 so lets start

Step-1 creat a cirlce + in the key board hold the shift and resize

now cut the firts circle by the second

Now draw a rectangle and weld all objects

Draw square and rotate it 45° like this

Now use the cut tool

Step-2

use the 3d tool and extrude the shape

now right and ungroup the 3d shape

Step-3 lest move to the colors select the front shape and chose radial orange

Now select face right click all ungroup now select shapes and weld the and choose the linear orange

Now select the top shape

Now select the other shape

Now select the last shape

you should have something like this

Now select the from shape and duplicate it 2 time and move the second copy litle bit like this

Now select the both copy and cut the firts by the second

now right click and

Now delete all the shape exept the two in the botton and

Creat a text + and choose grey black linear color

+ in the keybord and duplicate the text. Draw an oval circle and select it with the text copy use the cut tool like this

Chose with color and apply transparency tool

Now duplicate the original text and apply miror effct and move it to the bottom

Now draw a retangle over the text copy

The color of the rectangle shoule be the same of your background and in this case its with

now apply the transparency tool from the bottom to the top

delete the boreders and you have your realistic reflection

In this tutorial we're going to create an envelpe icon usin corel draw x4

STEP-1 Draw to rectangles with 5 in angles like this

now chose black 20% with gradient color for the smal rectangle and the black 30% for the the large one

Now apply the gradient tool

STEP-2 draw a triangle and convert it to a curve

Now with form tool chose in cuvre

select the botton area of triagle with form tool and delet it

now right click and choose smooth

delete the bottom point . Now + in the keyboard and reduice the new rectangle from the bottom and + again on the new rectangle and reduice

Now chose the black 30% for the first abd black 20% for the second and Black 20% white gradient for the last

now apply the gradient tool from the last to the midle

STEP-3 Draw rectangle and duplicate reduice the new

chose the black 20% for the first and with for the second

now move and rotate like this

make a copy of the triangles and apply the miror and move it to the other side

Now delete the border .

STEP-3 Creat a raw + in the keyboard now draw a circle

now cut the small raw with circle

now let's color for the half raw chose white and apply transparancy and for the full raw choose gradien green

now delet the borders an you should have something like this

STEP-1 Draw 3 rectangle with 10 in angle for the first and the second and 0 in angles for the third Now chose the color like this

3- chose with -blue radial

Now + in keyboard and reduice choose the black 20% for the big shape

Now draw a circle in the middle of the blue screen and select the blue screen and the circle

apply the intersection tool

delet the first circle chose the same color of the screen for the intersection and applly the uniform transparency tool
repeat the opiration 3 or 4 time untill you got something like this

Now select the first intertsection Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V

Now lets move to the shadow draw an oval grey circle and convert it to a bitmap and apply the flu gaussien tool

Hello again In this tutorial we will try to creat a icon using two software Abode Illustrator cs3 and CorelDraw x4 and you can juge wich is easyer than the other ok so lets star.

STEP-1 Creat the circle

STEP-2 Adding gradient effect to the circle

CrelDraw: in X4 Select the circle + in keyboard and reduice the the new circle Now apply the gradient tool

In this this tutorials we're going to create a gel style icon using corelDraw x4 I know That most of designer use adobe illustrator but don't we get the same result so let's start.

STEP-1 Creat a circle and convert its to a curve for the head icon , cre to other smal circles for the ears

Now the ears and weld all objects like this

STEP-2 click + in the keyboard and hod the shift key and reduice use to form tool to adjaust the ears angles

And this is the first result I know it's not easy But please don't give up i'm sure you will work it out at the end just try

now choose to color one dark for the large shape and the same color but liltle bit light for the second use the gradient tool and remove the outlines

STEP-3 now draw a cirlce and put it in the front choose the white color and apply the transparency TOOL

Now draw to circle and apply the cut tool the like this

choose the with color and apply the transparency tool and you may have some thing like this

Now move to the bottom of the head and draw to cirlce and do the same thing

Now click in the center because we are going to change the colors

Hello..

Today We are going to creat a TOYOTA logo with simple effect and shapes in CorelDraw X4 so lest start.

STEP-1 open a new document and draw a oval circle + in keyboard hold the shift key and reduice the the copy.

Now using the cut tool cut the firts by the second

creat 2 other shapes with same method and arrange them like this and click on the WILD tool
STEP-2 + in the key board and hold the shift key make the copy larger the the original shape

Now it's color game ..... clic on gradient choose Black and with and -90°

Now select the other shape and choose black and with 90° ok.. remove the border of the 2 shapes ............... voila..........!!!

VISTA STYLE ICONS

In this tutorial we will try to create a Vista style Icon with CorelDraw X4 so.. lets start.

STEP -1 Open a new Documents. Draw a square with 20 in angles in the keyboard click + to make a copy Hold the shift key and reduice the size of the new squarewith mouse.
STEP-2 now we are going to change the color for exemple choose dark orange for the firts square and normal orange for the second .

STEP-3 now we're going to use GRADIENT TOOL
Drag in the midle until the first square like this
Now remove the border you'll see some thing like this

STEP-4 Now creat an other square with white color with 20 in angles , creat a circle and select the 2 object.. apply the cut tool like this

Now apply the the TRANSPARENCY TOOL on the new object. don't forget the make it white I mean the objct. and remove the border

now move it on the orange square and we will need to rezise it a litle bit.....

STEP-5 to make a real reflection group all the objects and click + , apply theVERCTICAL MIRROR TOOL move it to the bottom of the original copy and apply the TRANSPARENCY tool........
